Bryant Dillon of Fanboy Comics gives you his take on the first issue about the metal band’s foray into Texas:

“Alterna Comics released Satanic Hell #1 on November 19th, but there’s still plenty of time to jump on this crazy train, and for fans of hardcore music and hardcore comics, it’s a unique and intriguing story created by writer Grigoris Douros and the rest of his creative team [Artist Kevin Enhart (215 Ink, Hound Comics), artist Newel Anderson, colorist Jimmy Kerast (Akileos, Markosia), and letterer E.T. Dollman (Image, Arcana, Ape)]. While the release with Alterna Comics came with a new cover, a new lettering job, and some new edits, as I stated in my initial review, Satanic Hell #1 hits like “Footloose on industrial metal steroids” and features the incredibly interesting topic of “religious authority taking power through privatization.”
